RETURNS AND SHIPPING

I take great care in creating a product that is carefully constructed and of great quality, and it's my goal that You are completely satisfied with Your purchase. If You are not happy with your item(s), this is my policy:

For bodysuits: Any returns must reach me within 14 days after the order is received, in it's original, unused condition with all tags attached by a safe shipping method in which You can get a tracking number. If I do not receive a return (or it does not show up in my records as having been received), I can not refund.

For headpieces: no refunds, exchange or store credit possible if the item is strictly unworn and you notify me within 24 hours of receiving the item.

All shipping charges and credit card fees on returned merchandise are non-refundable. If the return is due to my error, the initial shipping fee will be waived.

A prompt refund will be credited in the form of the original payment method, as soon as the package has been received and processed.

NOTE : There are no exchanges or returns on custom orders especially made for You and No refund on sale items.

Discount codes are not valid on sales products!

Since most of the items are handmade, there is a degree of variability within the designs. No two items are exactly alike. Patterns, accents, and sizes may vary ever so slightly from the photos.

A standard shipping fee is added at checkout, express shipping is available.

All items are shipped from London, UK. Shipping times vary per item and availability. Shipping world wide .
I don’t take responsibility for delayed packages.

If you need it on a specific date or in a rush order notify me before or when ordering as most orders need a minimum of 2 weeks preparation.

Processing times are guidelines, in busy times it may take longer.

If you are in London and happy to pick up your item, no shipping fee is charged.
